Jenna Nell Ortolani, 61, passed away on May 21, 2016, in Rowlett. She was born on Dec. 8, 1954, to Joe and Eddie Jean Pedigo in Terrell. Jenna loved going camping, especially with her husband, William. Their favorite two places to go were Galveston and Crater of Diamonds in Arkansas.

She and William were married in November 1982 in Richardson. She was a faithful and loving wife.

Jenna loved her family and we can't forget her dog, Allie.

The times when the entire family got together were her favorite. Jenna would host Thanksgiving for her family and everyone was always excited to eat the Thanksgiving dinner she prepared.

Together with her husband they ran a lawnmower shop for over 20 years.

When Jenna had free time, she was working with miniature dollhouses.

She enjoyed building them and was even in the Society of American Miniatures organization to share her interests.

Her favorite music was classic rock and her favorite bands included the Monkees and the Beatles.

Jenna was musically talented herself. She played the flute and even was in the all-state band while in high school.

Jenna is preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents, a brother Joey Richard Pedigo, and her Aunt Marian Shumpert "Sissy."

Those left to remember her are her husband, William "Bill" Ortolani; her brothers, Joe Pedigo and wife Miriam, Jim Pedigo and wife Jaymie; her sisters, Julie Whisenant and husband Tom, and Jeanne Hartline and husband James; her step-children, Robert Ortolani and wife Shelly, Bill Ortolani Jr. and wife Kim.

She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
